Regarding the future for Mixed-Use

The above flier is for a presentation I am co-hosting next Tuesday.  Tomas and I will be presenting two projects that address questions regarding the future for mixed-use.  Three main points for my part of the presentation are

1.  Adaptive Re-use

2.  Research as a driver of the design process

3.  Urban design and the "idea Center"

Sustainable Work Software

The link below shows our offices recently completed Cliffs Cottage at Furman. The software used to display our work is Building Dashboard and it is just the coolest interactive tool I've seen in a long time.
